Registering interest and booking

You register your interest through the form on the website. Once you have been accepted following a conversation, an invoice for the registration fee is sent out. That constitutes the course booking, is personal and binding, and secures your place on the course.

Right of withdrawal

Under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, a private individual acting as a consumer has fourteen days' right of withdrawal from the day the agreement was made. If the course begins within that fourteen-day period, the right of withdrawal ceases to apply.

Cancellation

The course booking is binding. The registration fee is not refunded, but it can be used to rebook onto another course starting within one year of the course you originally registered for.

If you break off the course because of illness, you have the right to complete it at a later date, provided this happens within twenty-four months and that an equivalent course is still offered.

If you break off during the first three days of the course, the course fee is refunded, excluding the registration fee. If you break off after those three days, no refund is made.

Payment terms

It is always the participant, or the party who signed the booking, who holds the financial obligation towards Vitalisera for registration and course fees. You may have an employer or another party pay the fees in whole or in part, but if that party does not pay, the obligation reverts to you.

After a confirmed booking but before the course starts, a joining letter is sent by email together with an invoice for the registration fee.

If the start is less than thirty days away, an invoice for the whole course fee is sent immediately.

Unless otherwise agreed, the course fee must be settled before the course starts.

If the invoices are not settled as described, Vitalisera has the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect.

A reminder fee and interest on late payment apply if payment is not made.

The course fee covers meals and lodging in addition to the programme itself.

Changes and cancelled courses

Vitalisera reserves the right to change or move courses to another date. This may happen because a course leader falls ill, because too few participants have registered, or for other reasons such as force majeure, that is events beyond our control. Vitalisera is not liable for costs arising from a changed or moved course, including cancellation costs for travel.

If a course is cancelled because too few have registered, this is communicated by email at least one week before the confirmed course date, and the fees are refunded without deduction.

Vitalisera reserves the right to make temporary or permanent adjustments to content and structure, within the aims and purpose of the courses.

Limitation of liability

Vitalisera is not liable for damage arising from legislation, action by a public authority, act of war, strike, lockout, boycott, blockade, deficiencies at a supplier or subcontractor, severe weather, accident, burglary, theft, unexpected equipment failure, unusual operational disruption or other circumstance outside Vitalisera's control. Vitalisera is in no case liable for indirect damage such as loss of profit, loss of production or third-party loss, nor obliged in other cases to compensate damage arising where Vitalisera has exercised normal and reasonable care.

You take part in activities arranged by Vitalisera at your own risk. Vitalisera accepts no responsibility for injury or health problems that may arise during or after the course, nor for indirect losses such as loss of income.

You undertake to inform the course management of health problems or circumstances that may be relevant to the course. If the course management recommends that you break off for health reasons, or adapt your participation as instructed, you undertake to follow that recommendation.

Vitalisera is not liable for loss of or damage to belongings brought to the course.

All participants are covered by accident insurance with a maximum compensation of SEK 80,000. Vitalisera's liability to compensate is limited to the amount payable under that insurance.

Personal data

We process your data in order to carry out the agreement with you, that is, for registration, payment, the course week and the follow-up afterwards. Offers and newsletters are sent only to those who have ticked the box to receive them, and you can tell us at any time that you no longer want them.

You have the right to know what data is held about you, and to request that inaccurate or incomplete data be corrected or erased. Send requests for correction or erasure to info@vitalisera.se.

Language of these terms

This is a translation, provided so that you can read the terms in English. The agreement itself is entered into in Swedish, and the Swedish version is the one that applies if the two should differ.
