These are the people you meet
There are fifteen of us. Here you will find the course leaders, the group leaders and the people who hold the practical side together, and you can read more about each of us.

More about Cecilia
She holds a BA in psychology and a two-year therapist training at RISK in Denmark, has twenty years as a therapist, and formerly led the training programmes at Mullingstorp, the course centre where the same course process ran before Vitalisera took it over.
Cecilia is an organisational consultant, supporting companies, teams and individuals in their development. The foundation is a BA in psychology and a two-year therapist training at RISK in Denmark.
She has more than twenty years as a therapist and led the training programmes at Mullingstorp. Since 2012 she has been active in the Diamond Approach, which works with meditation and inquiry.
What she keeps returning to herself is that she wants to follow a person's development and watch the change happen.

More about Simon
Simon has worked for twenty years on Mullingstorp's Meet Yourself courses, as a group leader and as a course leader. In recent years he has trained in Somatic Experiencing and in Inquiry according to the Diamond Approach.
He is also a touring musician, trained at the Academy of Music in Piteå.
“When we turn down the noise and get help to stop and look, it becomes easier to see what we actually do and do not want. Then we can move in the direction we need, by saying a more honest no and a more honest yes.”

More about Lena
Lena played 58 internationals for the Swedish floorball team and holds European and World Championship gold, as well as World Championship silver and bronze. Add to that three national silvers and six national bronzes, and she was selected for the world team. She also played eleven internationals in bandy and was named Sweden's bandy player of the year in 1985.
She has worked as a teacher and headteacher at a sports upper-secondary school, and coached men's and women's teams at elite level. Her autobiography, Livsresan, came out in 2011.
Lena trained as a psychosynthesis therapist over four years at the Psychosynthesis Academy in Stockholm, and works as a speaker, process leader, coach and therapist.

More about Ola
He has taken Training For Life at Bara Vara over eighteen months, and has been a group leader at Mullingstorp since 2003.
Ola's path began in 2003 on Mullingstorp's Meet Yourself courses, Steps 1 and 2. After assisting on many courses he completed Bara Vara's eighteen-month Training For Life process, and then worked as a group leader at Mullingstorp.
He is trained in trauma work and is a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, a body-based method for approaching trauma gently.
Music is his great passion, and the sound of singing bowls led him to sound massage. He is certified by the Peter Hess Institute.

More about Josefina
She is a certified Heart IQ Relationship Coach and a family counsellor in Jesper Juul's network, and was a teacher before that.
Josefina helps people sort out their communication and their relationships. Ten years ago she left teaching and trained as a certified Heart IQ Relationship Coach and as a family counsellor in Jesper Juul's network, Family-lab. She is also a certified grief recovery facilitator with the Swedish Grief Institute.
Her interest began with what she faced as a national-team boxer at championships across Europe. But it was only after a divorce, an exercise addiction, eating disorders and a crash that she understood what healthy self-esteem actually means.

More about Tapio
Since 2006 Tapio has been curious about how his life turned out the way it did, and about how to get out of strategies that were not working.
Alongside many years and many courses at Mullingstorp he has a three-year training in bioenergetics, a year-long programme in Nonviolent Communication and training in mediation, and he is a certified Zen coach.
Day to day he runs courses in existential health for older people, and conversation groups for men. With his wife Susanne Widsell he has led relationship courses for couples.

More about Gunnar
Gunnar is Norwegian, a trained nurse with twenty-five years of experience in psychiatry, emergency medicine and anaesthesia. That has meant many encounters with people in exposed situations, where trust and safety decide whether you can stay present with what is happening.
He has eleven years from Mullingstorp, as an assistant and as a group leader, and has studied the Diamond Approach since 2012.
“All self-development is about coming closer to yourself. Being with others in their search for what is true is deeply rewarding. Because once you know what is true, you no longer have to chase confirmation out there.”

More about Anna
Anna is a nurse who left healthcare after ten years in emergency care. She trained as a business economist and worked for many years in business development, in the private sector and in the public sector.
The Meet Yourself courses at Mullingstorp in 2007 and 2008 opened a curiosity about what shapes a person. What followed was Training For Life at Bara Vara, training in holistic counselling through Working With People, and trauma therapy in the form of Somatic Experiencing.
Today she is an independent consultant, working as a process leader in business, group and leadership development, and as a therapist in individual sessions.

More about Roger
Roger has worked with deep personal development and meditation in various forms for twenty years. He is trained in systemic family constellations, has been a Diamond Approach student for seven years, and is a trained trauma therapist in lifespan integration.
Alongside Vitalisera he works as a Zen coach for individuals and companies, and teaches and supervises on the Zen Coaching training in Sweden and Poland.
He wrote the book “Ica-handlaren som drog i nödbromsen”, about a hectic life full of destructive behaviour that ended in waking up in hospital.

More about Roger
Since 1995 he has led courses for burnout, MS and ME, together with doctors and therapists.
Together with a team of doctors and therapists, Roger has led courses since 1995 for people with stress-related conditions such as MS, ME and burnout.
His interest took hold after a long period of stressful work abroad, when he booked himself onto a monastery retreat that changed everything. Back in Sweden he met Bengt Stern at Mullingstorp and took every course there was.
Then came the therapist training at RISK in Denmark, Humaniversity in the Netherlands and OSHO Multiversity in Pune. He was part of a group of therapists and doctors who spent six years studying neuroaffective development with Marianne Bentzen, and completed The Human Element with Will Schutz.

More about Lena
Lena is a therapist and a certified coach, and has worked with mental training, family constellations and mindfulness among other things. She has long experience of individual sessions and of group development, and has directed her career towards leadership development.
“For me there is a before and an after these courses, and I would not be without it. Among the best things I have done.”

More about Malin
She has studied at the teacher training college in Uppsala, Person Centered Therapy in England, and Zen Coaching.
Malin worked for a long time as a teacher and led school development as a senior teacher, before changing direction. She now works full time with personal development, coaching individuals and running the gatherings “Äkta möten”, where present, honest conversation is the point.
She studied at the teacher training college in Uppsala, Person Centered Therapy at a college in England, and Zen coaching in Sweden and Poland. She is also trained in supervising adults.
In 2014 she took her first course in personal development at Mullingstorp. The inner journey has been at the centre of her life since.

More about Linda
She has taken Steps 1, 2 and 3a herself, that is the foundation week, the deepening, and one of the two concluding weeks.
Linda has close to twenty years of experience in occupational health and safety, and is used to structuring, planning and building systems that hold. She works as a quality, environment and work environment coordinator at Foria AB.
Since 2022 she has taken Steps 1, 2 and 3a, but her interest began earlier than that. When life was moving too fast and the whole family lost its footing, the course week became a turning point, where presence replaced performance and control.
Here she holds the practical side together, and that matters more than it sounds when a whole course week has to work from the first day.

More about Daniel
He ran his own construction business for over twenty years, has taken Steps 1, 2 and 3, has assisted on courses, and is a part-owner of the company.
Daniel spent over twenty years running his own company in construction, where he built and led a team producing architect-designed timber-frame houses.
When the pace became too high, the family lost its footing and his body objected, it was time to stop. The way back went through burnout and change, with scaling the company down, recovering, and finding a new direction through therapy and courses.
He has taken Steps 1, 2 and 3, assisted on courses, and is today a part-owner of the company.

More about Robert
He has almost twenty years in senior roles in the pharmaceutical industry behind him, sits on the boards of several companies, and works as an adviser and coach to business leaders.
Robert spent nearly twenty years in senior roles in the pharmaceutical industry before becoming an entrepreneur. He sits on several company boards and works as an adviser and coach to other business leaders. In his own time he runs workshops and works as a mental coach in sport.
His interest in what makes people act and react to outside circumstances began when he took a course at Mullingstorp himself.
“When you begin to reflect on yourself and on why you react the way you do, a process starts that is hard to defend yourself against. It is not outside circumstances that decide how we feel, but how we choose to handle them inside ourselves.”
During the course week
Eleven of the fifteen are course leaders and group leaders. During a course week there are more of us than that, because the assistants are there too, having taken Step 1 and Step 2 themselves, and a cook who is on site all week.
Being allowed to lead a group here takes time. Whoever does it has taken Step 1 and Step 2, has assisted on at least five courses, holds therapeutic training equivalent to at least one year of full-time study, and has worked with people before, in conversation or in groups. After that comes shadowing before leading a group of their own.
”Jag är tacksam för min upplevelse på Vitalisera. Där fick jag möta terapeuter och assistenter som verkligen brydde sig.”
I am grateful for my experience at Vitalisera. I met therapists and assistants who genuinely cared.
”Så proffsiga och så kunniga. Jag kände sådan trygghet och tillit. Kan verkligen rekommendera.”
So professional and so knowledgeable. I felt such safety and such trust. I can truly recommend it.
”Det finns ett före och ett efter kurserna i Vitaliseras regi. De har gett mig verktyg att förstå mig själv.”
There is a before and an after these courses. They gave me the tools to understand myself.
